Post Script for the Paul Revere Ride

Filed under: Journal — Howard @ 10:48 am

Howard here:

On Saturday the Revere Riders + Don McKee in spirit met with two dozen supporters at the Pentagon parking lot for a final rally.  Emotions ran high and tears flowed as Frosty, Cindy, Micha and Rick showed the gathered WHY & HOW to change the policy of Open Borders.  Afterwards we  took a symbolic ride past the Capitol and White House to bring the 21st Century Paul Revere Ride to a close.

After some 18,000 miles over 10 weeks the Riders have now scattered to the four winds from whence they came.  They rode home knowing that some 17 million Americans had heard their message via over 200 media contacts in the 48 states.   Their bodies and brains were battered and worn out from the brutal pace, scorching summer sun and the screams and gestures from those who like open borders.  I am so proud of the Riders and their service to America.  Words are inadequate to convey my admiration.

I want to thank  Ed Whitbred of Maryland and his better half Gail who provided a feast of royal proportions at his country home to give the Riders a wonderful memory and full stomach as they journeyed home alone.

NOTE:  After a two week vacation I will be back at it here in the DC area.  This website will remain active for at least the next 6 months.  Feel free to contact me.  Let me know what I can do for you, either locally or in the halls of Congress.
