Cindy Roddenberry - Rider on The 21st Century Paul Revere Ride of 2006
Cindy Roddenberry, RN, South Carolina
Rider
I’m a Southern woman currently residing in SC. I have been a nurse 30 years with 1/2 being in critical care. I have been involved in motorcycling since 1974. Bought my first motorcycle, which I still have—a 1963 Harley Panhead in 1982 and thus began riding solo. The bike I am riding for the PRR is my 2003 HD Night Train. I am participating in this ride as a medical professional to bring public awareness to how illegal immigration is affecting the health care industry in our country.
I am a member of ABATE, a national motorcycle rights organization and am an officer with my local chapter. I am a member of Motor Maid which is the oldest women's MC riding club. I am also a member of my local AMVETS post via Lady's Auxiliary and belong to the AMVET RIDERS group. I write a Med Tech article for Bikes and Babes Cycle Magazine that will be in national circulation this year. I am a member of the local Humane Association and have 2 rescue dogs. Last, I am a member of AACN. My nursing scope includes "holistic" training/certifications with applications to people and animals.
